One night stand
A ‘casual’ sexual encounter, often a ‘one off’ rather than as part of an ongoing relationship. Make sure you are always comfortable with the situation, both physically and emotionally, and always use a condom.

Oral sex Any sexual activity where the mouth, tongue or lips are used to stimulate the genitals of a man or woman. Oral sex cannot lead to pregnancy on its own, but can spread STIs and other bacteria and viruses. To prevent this, always use a condom or dental dam.

Orgasm
Both men and women can experience orgasms, also known as ‘cumming’ or ‘climaxing’. Often the peak or most intensive part of sexual activity, orgasms can be experienced either on your own (masturbating) or with a partner. Men usually ejaculate at the point of orgasm, as do some women, although this is not as common.
