How To Use A Condom

Wear It Well
When the time comes, you need to make sure you know how to use a condom to protect yourself and your partner. Find out what you need to know right now by reading the below points...
- Check the expiration date on the condom wrapper. If it hasn't passed, carefully tear open the package along the edge (not with your teeth) and take the condom out.
Remember: Condoms should be kept in a cool place, free of wear and tear
- Make sure that the condom hasn't turned inside out otherwise you won't be able to put it on properly. When the penis is hard, squeeze the air out of the tip of the condom between your thumb and forefinger and place it on the head of the penis.
- Keep holding the tip of the condom, and roll it down over the penis using your other hand. Roll it all the way to the base, smoothing out any air bubbles along the way.
- It's advisable to use some water-based lubricant on the outside of the condom. Make sure you don't use oil-based lubricants such as Vaseline, body lotions and vegetable oil as these will damage the condom and it could break during sex.
- You're ready to go! But after you've ejaculated, hold onto the base of the condom and pull out slowly.
- Dispose of the condom properly. Never use a condom more than once.
