Here at Staying Alive, we believe that communication is key in the fight against HIV and AIDS, which is precisely why we've just launched our brand new campaign, Stand By What You Say.

We've joined forces with Spinvox, innovators of cool voice to text technology, and Causes on Facebook to get people talking about sex - with a view to breaking down barriers so often associated with talking about it.
